The third online workshop of the i-ScubaDiving project took place via Zoom on Tuesday, April 8, and received strong participation and engagement.
The workshop presented in detail the results of the platform from the material collected in the pilot tests, which took place in Halkidiki between March 28-29, 2025. A productive discussion followed, where the participants shared their experiences from the imaging process, analyzed the photography techniques they used and shared their opinions on the performance and functionality of the platform, both for the creation of photomosaics and for 3D models.
During the workshop, detailed results of the platform were presented, based on data collected during the pilot testing in Halkidiki on March 28–29, 2025. A productive discussion followed, where participants shared their field experiences, analyzed the photography techniques they used, and provided feedback on the performance and functionality of the platform, particularly in terms of photomosaic creation and 3D modeling.
The session also attracted interest from the wider public, who posed targeted questions—both technical and strategic—regarding the platform's development and its potential for future improvement and expansion. For those who were unable to attend live, the full workshop recording is available on the i-ScubaDiving YouTube channel:https://youtu.be/VHrgOb-oPLI
